BRADY FIRE
February 10, 2025, Monday | Sit Rep 1 | 1900 PT
A wildfire is burning near Big Bug Mesa in the old GOODWIN FIRE burn scar, approximately 17 miles north of Crown King (Yavapai County) and south of Mayer, Arizona.
The cause is unknown and under investigation, which started at 1500 hours MST.
INCIDENT COOPERATORS include the Yavapai County Office of Emergency Management, Crown King Fire Department, U.S. Forest Service – Prescott National Forest, AZ Department of Forestry, Prescott National Forest, American Red Cross, Groom Creek Fire District, Walker Fire, and Prescott Hot Shots.
RESOURCES include a Type 2 crew, several engines, and the following BAT 5-1, CAPT 3-4, DIV 5, BAT 5-3, and BAT 3-3. Air Attack and two LATs (Large Art Tankers) are on order (1327 MST)
Initial resources were dispatched at 1500 MST which include EZ PT-951, CREW 2, E-2602 PHD, DIV-95 PNF, CREW 1, BAT-933 PNF, DIV-93 PNF, BAT-461 COF, WZ and E-930 through the Prescott Dispatch Center.
RESOURCE ORDERS were dispatched through the Williams Interagency Dispatch Center as a Resource Order at 1749 hours MST.

SHELTER OPEN and located at the Mayer High School. 17300 E Mule Deer Drive, Mayer, AZ 86333.
The fire is approximately 400 acres, possibly larger since the last update was given by Public Officials.
