JUNIPER FIRE – JULY 2025 FIRE UPDATES

A wildfire named the JUNIPER FIRE is burning in the Bradshaw Mountains, about five (5) miles west of Black Canyon City in Arizona.

NOTE: This is not to be confused with the BLACK CANYON FIRE burning about 15 miles east of Plush, Oregon. They are not the one and same and are in two separate states.

The fire has burned about 600 acres of brush and chaparral.

It has a 0% containment status.

The cause was attributed to lightning to struck the land yesterday.

There are about 49 total personnel assigned who represent the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).
