FIRE SIT REP
Update as of 2037 Hours PDT.
The fire has scorched 1020 acres and now has a 35% containment status.
Heavy smoke will hang in the air for the next few days. Those with allergies or sensitive to smoke should remain indoors.
The number of resources have increased since CALFIRE’s last update last night around 2145 Hours PDT. Here is a new count of resources on the fire ground.
- 657 Firefighters
- 54 Engine companies
- 16 Overhead personnel
- 2 Helicopters
- 2 Air tankers
- 23 Fire crews
- 2 Water tenders
- 2 Bulldozers

- Chino Valley Independent Fire District
- City of Corona FD
- Orange County Fire Authority
- Pechanga FD
- Riverside City FD

Evacuations orders have been lifted for Bluff Road, Stagecoach Road, Homestead Road as of 00:00 Sunday, April 19, 2015.
The Fire and Police Departments ask drivers to be aware of low-lying smoke and drive slowly as fire equipment is working in the area. Visibility will be poor, so be being alert is key.
Remember, don’t drink and drive or texting while driving. #MoveOver safely one lane over [if multiple lanes] or around traffic if you see emergency vehicles on the shoulder. Police Officers may be directing flow of vehicles in the area. Please be aware where you are and hazards. This is to protect drivers and the First Responders working in the area.
