Incident Summary | A train derailment has been reported on 9th and Allen in Hays (Ellis County), Kansas.  Fire Department on-scene reported three Ethanol cars on the tracks with no leaks and under control (1520 PDT). However, there were additional reports of several train cars on their sides.

Staging | Staging is on 11th and Allen.

ICP | Command Post is at the accident scene at 9th and Hays.
