The P515 FIRE is located 17 miles west of Warm Springs, Oregon and is under the management of an IMT Type 2, the NW Team 7 which is also in charge of the LIONSHEAD FIRE.  Fire behavior is active with flanking, backing and torching. Homes are threatened, as well as closures in effect for roads, areas and trails.

About 4,339 acres of timber has been destroyed.  Firefighters have reached a 30% containment status. No structures have been destroyed but there has been a total cost-to-date of $2 Million Dollars for fire suppression and containment expenses.

There are 405 total personnel assigned to this incident along with 11 crews, 16 engines and 7 helos.

About 121 employees with 5 crews and 3 engines are assigned.

Cost-to-date have reached $510,000.
