SIT REP 1 | MAY 22, 2021 | SATURDAY
The DOAGY FIRE ignited on May 14, 2021 around 1350 hours from lightning burning on National Forest Systems lands; northeast of Beaverhead Admin Site and near Doagy and Corduroy Canyons in New Mexco.
It is now at 6,800 acres and has a 30% containment status. Fire fuels are timber, short grass, timber litter and understory.
Fire behavior remains as moderate, creeping, isolated torching and wind-driven runs.
