The RAINBOW FIRE is burning off of Rainbow Bridge and Stagecoach Road, northwest of Corning (Tehama County) in California’s Rancho Tehama Reserve which started on the afternoon of July 16, 2022, around 1305 hours PT.
The fire has burned 100 acres and is now 40% contained. Just before 1600 hours on Saturday, reports of the forward spread of the fire has been stopped.
Lead Agency is CAL FIRE Tehama Glenn Unit.
Mandatory evacuations were issued for those on Mendocino Drive and the Rancho Tehama Reserve.
