Benton County Fire District #1 firefighters are currently in the process of responding to a natural cover fire in the area of Plymouth and Tyrell Roads. Benton County Fire District #6 is responding as mutual aid.

The PIO is now reporting the fire has burned around five acres of heavy grass. | UPDATE | As of 2249, they were canceling all units not on the scene.

BCFD Firefighters are showing at the scene of Cold Creek in Benton County this evening, located on Cold Creek Road, where it has recently been contained. It is holding at 67 acres.

No word on the cause of both fires.
