RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA — A wildfire was reported at 1513 hours PDT in the 23500 block of California Avenue in the community of Green Acres in Hemet.

Personnel and equipment were quickly dispatched to the area who are with the CAL FIRE – Riverside County Fire Department and were greeted with a fire burning in light grass and mixed brush.

The fire behavior is said to be moderate forward progression.

It is approximately four acres in size as of 1635 hours.
