We are asking our readership, followers, and supporters to help spread the word about injured FF Brandon Franco, a firefighter with Alameda County Fire Department/IAFF Local 55 who suffered burns over parts of his body.

On Saturday, June 1st, FF Franco was on the scene of a fast-moving grass fire with members of his company when he suffered multiple burns to several areas of his body requiring painstaking surgery. He will most likely have to endure additional procedures.

The IAFF Local 55 includes membership with those who represent the Oakland Firefighters, IAFF Local 1428, City of San Leandro, and Alameda County firefighters.
