INCIDENT SUMMARY: A wildfire named the BEAM ROAD FIRE located northeast of East Houghton Road and Beam Road in Zillah (Yakima County), Washington is burning and said to be at a minimum of 7,000 acres with a 0% containment status.
BURN BAN IN EFFECT: A residential burn ban was placed in effect on Friday, June 14, 2024, by the Yakima County Fire Marshal’s Office which will stay in place throughout the season until September 30, 2024.
