The FRESNO JUNE LIGHTNING COMPLEX is currently at 10,669 acres and there is a 98% containment status.
Multiple wildfires are burning in this Complex which is east of the Sanger area. It is staffed with a total of 64 personnel with five engines and two crews.
Fire behavior has been observed with minimal fire activity throughout the day with crews to continue to strengthen containment lines and work on addressing hot spots. Additionally, it is now smoldering well within the containment lines which may cause smoke to be visible to the public.
Fires within this area include:
Bolt Fire is located on Palomino & Elwood Roads in the Wonder Valley area with 6,743 acres and a 98% containment status.
Hog Fire is located on Watts Valley and Hog Mt. Roads has a 100% containment status and there have been 272 acres scorched.
Flash Fire is at 3,600 acres and is 100% contained.
Strike Fire is the fourth fire in this series and was held to one acre with a 100% containment status.
