As of 2000 hours this evening, the Pay Fire is at 77 acres in size with a 0% containment status, according to the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office, prompting Level 3 evacuation orders just after 1700 hours PT.

It is burning near the Placerville Airport in Placerville (El Dorado), California.
