A brush fire is burning south of East Highland Avenue and Elks Drive in San Bernardino (San Bernardino County), California prompting fire personnel, resources, and equipment to be dispatched late this afternoon just after 1700 hours PT.

The fire was quickly stopped in its tracks at 1715 hours with crews holding the fire to less than one acre.
