The Diamond Complex consists of multiple wildfires burning in the U.S. Forest Service – Umpqua National Forest, in southwest Oregon. The NIFC reports these wildfires mostly show minimal fire behavior with backing, smoldering, and creeping. However, the fire is threatening structures and energy infrastructure and keeping roadways/trails and area closures in place.

The CA Interagency IMT 4 assumed command of the Diamond Complex and Middle Fork Fires at 0600 hours PT this morning releasing the Northern Rockies Complex IMT 3 from the incident and heading home to their respective area.
