SOLANO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Firefighters with the CAL FIRE LNU / Napa County Fire Department with other Incident Cooperators, are on the scene of a brush fire near I-80 and Hwy 12 and Hwy 12 and Red Top Road in Cordelia, California.
The fire started this afternoon around 1303 hours PT from an unknown cause and the forward progression was quickly stopped at 1355 hours PT.
Crews will continue to remain on the scene strengthening containment lines and extinguishing hot spots. Officials say, expect to see smoke from the fire to drift into other parts of the county in the next few hours.
About 49 acres have been burned and there is a 75% containment status, according to Fire Officials.
Approximately two copters, five engines, two bulldozers, two water tenders, and two crews are assigned to this incident. Aviation assets are available in case this incident needs them to respond but none are showing assigned currently. They will remain overnight.

There were no structures damaged.
No injuries to firefighters or civilians were reported.
