Jack Fire

The brush fire named the JACK FIRE was reported this afternoon at 1629 hours PT, according to CAL FIRE’s Riverside County Fire Department on Jack Rabbit Trail and Hwy 60, south of Beaumont (Riverside County) in the State of California.

It is currently at 150 acres and is continuing at a high rate of spread through the hills.

Multiple air and ground resources are assigned and working to stop the forward rate of progression.

There have been no injuries reported.

No evacuation orders are in effect at this time.
