The TYLER FIRE was reported at 0324 hours PT this morning at January 8, 2025, Highway 47100 block of Tyler Street in Coachella, released by CAL FIRE/RCFD about one hour ago (around 0530 PT)

Firefighters arrived on the scene to a six-acre fire in size with structures under direct threat, It has since been upgraded to burning more 15 acres and spreading rapidly.
Fire Officials are reporting strong winds and long-range spotting (about .25 of an acre) that started in front of the fire.
Currently, all roads are open.
The fire is still burning at the time of post and there is a 0% containment status.
No information has been released on the cause of this wildfire.
No injuries have been reported.
Weather Forecasters are predicting strong winds will remain throughout the day along with low relative humidity which are going to be ripe for RED FLAG WARNINGS, which are still in effect.
