FIRE SUMMARY
The Guadalupe Pass started on March 2, 2016 around 0530 MST near the Penlocillo Mountains on the Coronado National of the Douglas Ranger District [Tucson] in the State of Arizona.
Fire fuels include grass and brush.
STATUS
Due to successful burn out operations, the fire is reported as 7100 acres. Interagency Firefighters have reached a 55% containment status.
Successful burn out operations on the south end of the fire area occurred overnight. Firefighters will continue to secure the perimeter and additional burn out operations as needed..
RESOURCES
There are 120 firefighters and support personnel assigned to this incident.

None at this time.
