Brianhead Fire | 1 mile N of Brian Head, Utah | SW Area / Utah DOF

IMT 1 + 2 on-scene.  Timber and Medium logging slash as fuels. Moderate fire behavior with flanking, backing and single tree torching.  58,319 acres. 20% contained. 1800 personnel.  51 crews. 82 engines. 14 helicopters. 26 structures lost.  $16.7Million CTD.

Reported June 30th @ 1030 hours. Tall grass.  Moderate to High ROS. VLAT and 4 helicopters assigned to incident. 50 acres. 0% contained.

Cajete Fire | 8 miles NE of Jemez Springs, New Mexico | Santa Fe NF

Timber and medium logging slash as fuels. 1,412 acres. 96% containment.  48 personnel. 2 crews. 1 engine. 1 helicopter. $4.5Million CTD.

Centennial Fire  | 13 miles SE Glenns Ferry, Idaho | DOD / Mtn Home AFB

Short brush are fire fuels. Extreme fire behavior with running. Structures threatened. 18,660 acres. 100% contained. 35 personnel. 7 engines. 1 helicopter. $275K CTD.

Cole Creek Fire | 9 miles S of Carlin, Nevada | Elko District, BLM

Brush, short grass as fire fuels.  Minimum fire behavior and smoldering.  Threatening sage and grouse.  6,195 acres. 90% contained. 255 personnel. 8 crews. 6 engines. 2 helicopters. $1.2Million CTD.

Frye Fire  | 9 miles W of Swift Trail Junction, Arizona | AZ DOF

Gentry Fire  | 10 miles SW of Heber, Arizona | Apache – Sitgreaves NF

Discovered 6/28/2017.  Lightning caused in Gentry Canyon. Black Mesa Ranger District. 5 miles SE of Forest Lakes and 10 miles SW of Heber / Overgaard. Heavy logging slash and tall grass are fire fuels.  Active Fire behavior with short-range spotting, isolate torching.  1 RR bridge and Gentry Lookout are being threatened. 175 acres. 0% contained. IC:  White Mtn. Zone Type 3 team. 155 personnel. 6 crews. 2 engines. 2 helicopters. $60K CTD.

Goodwin Fire  | 8 miles SW of Mayer, Arizona | Prescott NF

IMT 1 (2) managing fire. Chaparral and short grass as fuels.  Active fire behavior with uphill runs, flanking and spotting.  Structures threatened. 24,828 acres. 43% contained. 1,115 personnel. 24 crews. 68 engines. 13 helicopters. 21 structures destroyed. $6.3Million CTD.

Gremlin Fire | 25 miles NE of Kingman, Arizona | AZ DOF

NW District. Tall grass and brush with short grass. Active fire behavior with running and torching.  Structures threatened. Evacuation in process. Road closures. 359 acres. 25% contained.  151 personnel.  4 crews. 11 engines. 2 helicopters. $75K CTD.

I-84 M 271 Fire | 25 miles SE of Marta, Idaho | BLM – ID Falls District

Short grass is fuels. Minimal fire behavior. 3,522 acres. 100% contained. 24 personnel. 5 engines. $220K CTD.

Lightner Fire | 4.25 miles WNW of Durango, Colorado | BLM – Tres Rios Field Office

Started 6/28/2017 @ 1617 hours in a structure on private land. La Plata County community and evacuation information Line @ 970-385-8700 or website @ www.co.laplata.co.us  397 acres. 29% contained. Ponderosa pine, pinyon-juniper, gamble oak are fuels. 245 personnel.

Mart Fire  | Highland Avenue and Highway 330, California | San Bernardino NF

Started 6/27/2017 around 1518 PDT.  Cause under investigation.  Unified Command. 125 personnel. 670 acres. 95% contained.

Maynard Fire  | N. of Arivaca and E. of Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge, Arizona

AZ DOF.  Started 6/25/2017 @ 0200 hours.  Unknown cause, under investigation. Fire sitting in a box canyon. All resources pulled off rugged terrain due to safety concerns. 5 personnel.  1,300 acres. 60% containment. Fire managers waiting for fire to move out of box canyon, then reassess if can send in crews.

Mill Fire  | 30 miles S of Battle Mtn, Nevada | BLM – Battle Mtn District

Timber, brush and short grass are fuels. Moderate fire behavior with spotting. 47acres. 60% contained. 97 personnel. 2 crews. 5 engines. 1 helicopter. 1 structure lost.  $200K CTD.

Mink Fire | 3 miles SW of Arivaca, Arizona | Coronado NF

Tall grass and brush are fuels.  Minimal fire behavior that is smoldering and creeping. 1,024 acres. 80% contained. 28 personnel. 1 crew. 2 engines. $115K CTD.

Started 6/30/2017. Unknown cause.  Fire behavior is running. Medium fuels. 4 engines and 1 copter requested. 1 acre.
