Alert | Bay District Schools
3/5/2022 1945 hours PT | 7:45 p.m. update: The School District is doing as much as possible to support our students, families, and employees who have been impacted by these devastating wildfires. We are monitoring the fires and remain in close contact with emergency officials. We have not yet made any decisions impacting our school schedule for Monday but we expect most, if not all, schools to be open as usual. As all of you are already aware, this situation is very fluid and changes can occur rapidly. As always, if anything changes with our usual school schedule, we will use social media, automated phone calls, emails, and mainstream media to ensure our students, parents/guardians, and staff have the information they need. Our hearts are with all of those who have directly been impacted by the fires and we stand in awe of the first responders from our community and other communities who are doing all they can to bring an end to this terrible devastation.” – Bay District Schools
