INCIDENT SUMMARY: A new wildfire start has broken out in the area of Hwy 14 and Arrowed in Poudre Canyon located in Larimer County, Colorado on Sunday, March 19, 2023.

It is about 7-8 acres in size with a moderate fire growth rate.
VOLUNTARY EVACUATIONS: Voluntary evacuations were ordered for Poudre Canyon (Hwy 14) from Arrowhead Lodge east to Riverside Drive, including residences on Riverside Drive by the Sheriff’s Office.

RED CROSS SHELTER: Red Cross Evac site at CLP Middle School, 3515 CR54G, Laporte.
INCIDENT COOPERATORS: USFS, Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, American Red Cross, Canyon Lakes Ranger RD, and local fire agencies, Colorado Emergency Management, Larimer Emergency Telephone Authority.
Poudre Fire is not currently on the scene as they do not have enough resources to respond, according to their Fire Department presser release.
