MALHEUR NATIONAL FOREST, OREGON

A wildfire has ignited from pockets of unburned fuels in the Upper Pine F RX fire located in the Emigrant Creek Ranger District.

Resources, according to the wildcad.net are showing the following assigned to this incident: Helitack 1, E-428, T-860, T-863, E-621, E-429, AA-2GA, BC-335, FUELS-24, T-844, T-883, PREV-22, C-201, and E-24. Some of these are said to be resources with the USFS and contractors.

It appears all of this started as warmer and drier weather conditions increased the fire behavior.

About 0.01 acres have burned.
