Incident Summary:

A fast-moving 3-alarm brush fire is burning in the 200 block of Westridge Road in Selah (Yakima County), Washington State, where it has prompted Fire and Law Enforcement Officials to issue mandatory evacuations.

Radio Comms:

1750 PT: Fire ready to jump Gore Road.

1815 PT: More FD resources requested for the Gore Road area. A brush and a structure on fire. Explosions. CLOSED: Gore and Hexon Roads.

1745 PT: Active fire reported by a FD response unit on Nagler Road and Selah Loop Road.

1736 PT: A dipping site has been offered by a local resident to use their pool as a water source for aircraft. (radio scan)

1730 PT: What started as a smoke check call has turned into a new large brush fire incident in the 200 block of Westridge Road in Selah (Yakima County), Washington.

Structure loss: Heard over the radio of multiple structures burned, but the number is unknown at this time.
