YAKIMA COUNTY, Wash. – Two spot fires, one reported to be 50 feet and the second around 100 feet are burning in the 3700 block of SR 821.  A second RP or reporting party states they see smoke on Selah Road and going up the ridge.

A fire unit that is en route is on SR 821 but sees a small amount of smoke. Fire assets from Stations 22 and 24 are en route.

UPDATE | Fire unit has arrived to the scene of a 2-3 acre fire running up ridge in Selah near RR tracks. WSP requested to shutdown SR 821. (2147 hours)

Fire weather conditions are winds 10-15 mph with gusts even higher.
