TIETON, Wash. | A wildfire started on Friday, May 31, 2019, from an unknown cause. The fire is located on Noye Road, about 95 miles southeast of Seattle in Yakima County, Washington.
Resources dispatched through the Central Washington Interagency Communication Center (CWCC) on May 31, 2019, at 1151 hours PDT were Ahtanum crew 20, sE 468, 540, 561 and SE Hoerner, Jones and Martin (IC as of 2010 PDT).
An unconfirmed report that this fire is located in the SE Region managed by the Washington Department of Natural Resources (WA DNR).
There has been 53 acres of grass destroyed by fire.
There are no injuries, damages or any evacuation orders that have been reported.
