SIT REP: July 7, 2024, Sunday, 1945 hours PT — The VISTA FIRE was reported at 0955 hours this morning, according to FIRE Officials who state the cause is unknown and under investigation.
San Bernardino National Forest firefighters were dispatched to a fire off Lytle Creek Road and immediately began calling for additional resources.
It is about 94 acres and there is a 0% containment status at the time of this post.
Evacuation Orders are in effect | 7/7/2024 1747 PT | Mt. Baldy Ski Resort
CLOSED | Portion of the PCT from the Lytle Creek area to Mt. Baldy
There are over 250 total fire personnel and equipment on the incident.
Incident Cooperators include: CAL FIRE, San Bernardino National Forest, ALERT California (fire cams) and NWS San Diego.
