MASON COUNTY, Wash. – A wildfire named “Shooter Hill Fire” broke out in the location of High Steel Bridge in Mason County, Washington.
The fire consumed 2 acres of grass, brush and reproduction fire fuels.
Fire assets were dispatched by the Puget Sound Dispatch on June 2, 2018 @ 2200 hours with DNR resources arriving on-scene. IC Shafto was tasked to this wildfire at 0730 hours.
The fire was contained on Sunday, June 3, 2018, at 0300 hours PDT.
