Fire Representatives from across the United States for the week of March 25 through March 31, 2016, there were 670 fires reported.  Approximately, 22 of them were s large fire incidents with 21 of them being contained.  There is still 13 of them showing as not contained.

Brushy Creek.  9 miles S of Portsmouth, OH.  Hardwood litter.  Min fire behavior with backing, flanking and smoldering.  Rain has occurred over the are. 150 Acres. 98% Contained. 10 Personnel. $1,000 Cost-to-Date. Last report unless increased fire activity occurs.

Flat Hollow.  2 miles SW of Portsmouth, OH. Hardwood litter.  Min fire behavior with flanking, backing and smoldering.  Rain has occurred over fire area. Started on private land.  500 Acres.  98% Containment. 6 Personnel. $5,000 Cost-to-Date. Last report unless increased fire activity occurs.

NATIONAL FORESTS, NORTH CAROLINA

Sheehan Creek.  7 miles NW from Marion, North Carolina.  Timber and hardwood litter. 150 Acres. 98% Containment.  6 Personnel.  1 Engine.  0 Cost-to-Date info available.  Last report, unless increased fire activity occurs.

OK DEPT.  OF FORESTRY

Anderson Creek.  2 miles N of Camp Houston, OK.   Brush, tall grass and timber. Minimum fire behavior with creeping and smoldering.  Numerous communities still threatened. 367,630 Acres (reduced) due to more accurate fire mapping. 95% Containment.  71 Personnel.  28 Engines.  53 Structures lost.  $1.5M Cost-to-Date.

Ranchland.  9 miles NW of Skiatook, OK.  Timber. Min fire behavior. Structures threatened. 600 Acres.  75% Contained.  41 Personnel.  15 Engines. 1 Helicopter. $5,000 Cost-to-Date. Last report, unless new fire activity occurs.

OSAGE AGENCY – BIA.
