Washington Wildfire: #Milepost81Fire Sparks Level 3 Evacuations | 3

EPHRATA, Wash. – While fire crews from Grant County Fire Districts 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 13 and Ephrata Fire Department are battling an out-of-control wildfire on SR 17 and on High Hill, Grant County Sheriff Deputies are busy with evacuations.

The Sheriff’s Office has issued Level 3 (LEAVE NOW) Evacuations for all homes on the east side of SR 17 north from milepost 81 and south to Smokiam RV Park.  They state the City of Soap Lake is safe from the wildfire.

Level 3 means you are in immediate danger.  Take your pets, your family and load them up in your vehicle and GET OUT safely.

PLEASE do not stay behind.  LEAVE when you are given orders.  DO NOT put other lives in danger of them trying to protect yours.
