WA DNR-NE Region. 10 miles E of Tonasket and 12 miles NE of Riverside. Timber and short grass. Min fire behavior with smoldering. Cause under investigation. Homes threatened. Evacuation orders lifted. 1,728 acres. 80% contained. 358 total personnel. 8 crews, 23 engines, 2 helos. 3 structures destroyed. WA DNR-SE Region. Started on private land 10 miles SE of Wenatchee and near Malaga. Brush and grass fire fuels. Minimal fire behavior with smoldering. Structures still threatened. 2,967 acres. 94% contained. State mobe was approved on July 24th but have since downgraded. 36 total personnel. 1 crew and 3 engines. 1 structure lost. $2.4 Million CTD.

Near Sagebrush Flat and 18 miles NW of Ephrata. Douglas County. Grass and sage brush. Very difficult terrain. Cause unknown. Active fire behavior. Fire burning along Moses Coulee Rd, milepost 7. 600 acres. 0% contained. Approved for engines, crews, dozers via WA State Fire Marshal’s Office for State Mobe.
