Sage, Stevenson Ranch.  3 Alarm Brush Fire and said to be  heading towards or near cimmunities:  S of Pico Canyon, Rd, S of Morning Mist Drive and evacuations are in progress.  Rapid ROS. Structure protection in progress @ Sage Crest/Hickory (@1530PDT)  Fire is outflanking and chewing through retardant lines.
